In 2015 we partnered with Flatiron Construction on a project that would replace bridges on I-25 between Ilex Street and City Center Drive in Pueblo, as well as improving on- and off-ramps and creating safer intersections on surface streets. Bridges that received improvements include northbound I-25 over Santa Fe Ave, I-25 over Indiana Ave, Santa Fe Ave over the Arkansas River, and Northern Ave over I-25. Finally, a new bridge was constructed over the Union Pacific Railroad.

- Budget: $69 million
- Four bridges were rehabilitated, one was newly constructed
- Safer intersection at D Street and Santa Fe Ave
